Deals in Lawrence is a live specials board for Lawrence, Kansas. This page covers the website at dealsinlawrence.com.

What we collect

• Business applications: place name, website, part of town, phone, notes, and a work email.
• Payments: card checkout runs on Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs so we can match a paid listing. We do not store full card numbers.
• Owner accounts: email and password (hashed) so you can edit specials after approval.
• Optional location, in the browser only, if you tap Near me. We do not store that on the server.
• Flags you send when a deal looks wrong (reason + venue).
• First-party board stats (page views, card views, map taps, directions) so a listed business can see that people are finding them. No third-party ad pixels. No sale of that data.

How we use it

Applications are emailed to Orion to approve by hand, then matched to a listing. We do not sell your information. We do not run ads against owner emails.
